Josh works as the Base Manager with all of our Tanzanian staff
at EnGedi. He coordinates the workers for different projects
and jobs, as well as the daily operations around the base. His
goal is to train and raise up one of our local staff into the base
management position.

He also organizes community outreaches to aid the local
villages as needs arise along with community development
programs. Josh also assists Renee with the practical aspects of
the Agriculture Department.

Most importantly we are ministering and equipping those
who are hurting and in need in a very practical way!

Our work here in Tanzania is multifaceted. Renee’s focus
is agriculture, and she has teamed up with the Farming
God’s Way (FGW) organization in Harare, Zimbabwe and
is now the FGW rep for Northern Tanzania. FGW first
deals with the internal transformation of the individual
before we can achieve external transformation. It just
happens that agriculture is a beautiful example of when we
obey and glorify God in everything we do that He will
restore our land. (2 Chronicles 7:14)

As the Tanzanian FGW representative, Renee is currently
working with our base staff along with leaders and
students from various organizations and plans to work
with pastors and teachers in the training colleges at TJF as
