About Us
Soon after graduating from Appalachian State University God completely changed our direction and our journey began in February of 2007 when we moved to Arusha, Tanzania. After a five week scouting trip in 2005 we were eager to return. Our purpose for moving to Arusha is to partner and work with The Joshua Foundation to train and equip leaders and the next generation in all areas of life to see community transformation take place here in Tanzania. You don't have to look very far in Africa to see that there is enormous potential, but sadly this is mostly unrealized due to poor education, inadequate training and limited opportunities. Tanzania has one of the fastest growing populations, but is one of the world's most needy nations.
Our goals are to build strong relationships, raise up indigenous leaders & teachers and equip this culture with practical skills needed to survive through the teaching of Kingdom principles. The areas we focus on are agriculture, animal husbandry, profit making skills, and administration. We also strive to help meet the practical needs of the community by implement community development programs. Most importantly we want to see God glorified in all that we do and His Kingdom extended.
